Cucumber Salad
1-2 Cucumbers, sliced thinly
1/2-1 c Red onion, chopped
Water and vinegar in equal parts, to taste
1 T Fresh dill
Dextrose or sugar to taste
Add cucumber and onion to medium-sized bowl. Add water and vinegar to taste. Lightly toss ingredients. Top with fresh dill. Add sugar to taste. Enjoy at room temperature.
